Terms of service

These terms govern use of MeshTickets, a ticketing marketplace developed and managed by Multiple Advanced System Hubrix Corporate (“MeshTickets”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, buying a ticket or publishing an event, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity. Nothing here limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited under South African law.

Our service and event organisers

MeshTickets provides online event listings, ticket sales, payment coordination, digital tickets and organiser tools. Each event is supplied by the independent organiser named on its event listing. The organiser is responsible for the event itself, including accurate descriptions, venue access, permits, safety, staffing, accessibility information and delivery of every ticket benefit. We provide the platform and may assist with customer service, payment administration, fraud controls and refunds.

Accounts and tickets

Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Tickets are issued to the purchaser’s account and email after confirmed payment. Each ticket is valid for one entry, subject to the event’s published conditions. Do not copy, resell unlawfully, alter or share a ticket’s private entry code. A scanned or refunded ticket cannot be used for entry. Contact support promptly if a ticket email does not arrive.

Prices and payment

Ticket prices and any selected packages are shown before payment. MeshTickets does not add a separate customer booking fee. Payments are processed by Paystack or another payment provider shown at checkout and remain subject to that provider’s terms. Organiser platform fees and featured-placement charges are governed by the applicable organiser information and the fee configuration in effect for the transaction.

Event changes and cancellations

Organisers must notify MeshTickets promptly if an event is cancelled, postponed, moved or materially changed. We will communicate material updates using the contact details associated with affected orders. Tickets may remain valid after a date or venue change when the organiser confirms that the event will proceed and the ticket remains usable. Refund eligibility is explained in our Refund and cancellation policy.

Acceptable use and enforcement

Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, submit false information, bypass payment or ticket controls, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend an account, listing or transaction where reasonably needed to investigate suspected fraud, protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms. We will take reasonable steps to notify affected users when appropriate.

Liability and complaints

To the extent permitted by law, MeshTickets is not responsible for an organiser’s event delivery or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability that may not be excluded by law, including applicable consumer rights. Raise a service complaint by contacting us using the support contact shown in your service correspondence so we can investigate.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them as the service changes; the revised version and date will appear here. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
