Organiser information and agreement

These terms apply when you publish or manage an event on MeshTickets, developed and managed by Multiple Advanced System Hubrix Corporate. By publishing an event, you confirm that you are authorised to offer it and accept the organiser recovery agreement presented during event setup.

Your event responsibilities

• Provide accurate event, pricing, venue, date, age guidance, capacity and package information.
• Obtain and maintain the permissions, licences, insurance and safety arrangements required for your event.
• Honour valid tickets, provide the advertised event and benefits, and ensure suitable entry staff can use the scanner.
• Promptly report cancellation, postponement, venue/date changes, safety issues or other material changes so ticket holders can be notified.
• Respond to reasonable customer, payment-provider and compliance enquiries and keep supporting records.
• Use attendee information only to operate the event and meet legal obligations. Do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing without a valid legal basis and any required consent.

Fees, settlement and records

Organizer transaction fees, applicable VAT and featured-placement fees are set by the platform’s current fee configuration. Your dashboard displays sales, deductions, reserves and available funds. You are responsible for your tax, accounting and reporting obligations. MeshTickets maintains transaction and audit records needed to reconcile sales, refunds, payouts and disputes.

Refunds, reserves and event recovery

For an event cancellation or non-delivery, we may stop further sales, notify customers, open refund processing, reserve unpaid proceeds and pause withdrawals while the case is reviewed. The value of unscanned tickets is reserved against refund exposure. Refunds and chargebacks are processed through the payment provider and depend on its final status.

The recovery agreement permits documented customer refunds, chargebacks, payment costs and direct losses connected to cancellation, non-delivery, fraud or breach to be recovered from unpaid event proceeds, held reserves or future payouts where permitted by law. Any recovery must be supported by records, communicated to you and provide a reasonable opportunity for you to respond. A recovery entry is not a substitute for review or any rights available under law.

Account review and suspension

We may request identity, event or payout documentation, delay or decline a withdrawal, restrict event tools or suspend listings where needed for verification, payment settlement, fraud prevention, consumer protection or legal compliance. We will communicate material decisions and the information needed to resolve them where appropriate.
