What you can buy

MeshTickets provides online listings and digital ticket services for events supplied by independent event organisers. Event listings show the event, venue, date, available ticket types, prices and optional packages. The full order total is shown in the cart before you continue to Paystack. No separate customer booking fee is added by MeshTickets. Payments are processed by Paystack in South African rand (ZAR).

Delivery and transaction records

After Paystack confirms payment, tickets are issued to the purchaser’s MeshTickets account and sent to the account email address. A customer can review the order and ticket record under My Tickets. The event organiser supplies the event service on the date and at the venue shown on the listing, subject to any notice of change.

Review before paying

Before starting payment, you can review the event, ticket quantities, optional packages and total in your cart, change the quantities or remove items, or leave checkout. The Paystack page then completes the payment step. The Terms of service, Refund and cancellation policy and Privacy notice are available to read and save from this website.

Returns, refunds and statutory rights

Read the Refund and cancellation policy for the request process, configured cancellation deduction and event cancellation handling. ECTA section 44 cooling-off rights apply where relevant; section 42(2)(j) excludes the section 44 right for certain date-specific leisure services. Other rights under the CPA, ECTA and applicable law continue to apply. If a supplier fails to provide required section 43 information or a required opportunity to review and correct an order, section 43(3) may allow a consumer to cancel within 14 days after receiving the service.
